60-day comfort guarantee

If your dog is not better off within 60 days of delivery, you can return your order for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to return

Email hello@tiltandtail.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with return instructions. Items should be sent back in reasonable condition. Once we receive the return, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days.

Chews and powders

Your first tub or jar of any supplement is refundable even if opened. Additional unopened tubs from the same order can be returned within 60 days.

Digital guides

Digital downloads are refunded on request within 60 days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

You can skip or cancel a subscription any time before the next order is processed. Orders already shipped follow the return policy above.
