We ship within the United States. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive in [5 to 9 business days - CONFIRM WITH SUPPLIER BEFORE LAUNCH]. Shipping is free on orders over $50. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

60-day comfort guarantee

If your dog is not better off within 60 days of delivery, email us and send the item back for a full refund. Chews and powders are refundable on your first tub or jar even if opened. Digital guides are refunded on request.

How to start a return

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you, your choice, at no cost to you.
