Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping is free on every order. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive within 4 to 9 business days after that. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

60-day comfort guarantee

If your dog is not better off within 60 days of delivery, you can return your order for a full refund of the purchase price. Items should be sent back in reasonable condition. Once we receive the return, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days.

How to start a return

Email hello@tiltandtail.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with return instructions.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
